Springtime in Port Douglas sets the perfect stage for a wedding celebration, with its delightful weather and abundant floral availability. Recently showcased in Port Douglas Magazine, Alex and Jade's wedding exemplified the elegance of the season.

Their floral arrangements were a harmonious blend of delicate blooms in a contemporary style. Featuring Campanula, Delphiniums, Fennel Flowers, Peach Roses, Carnations, Ranunculus, Lisianthus and Stock. The perfect combination for this elegant and modern garden wedding by the sea.

Jade's bouquet was an elegant and contemporary twist on the garden style and featured massed blooms with mocha orchids.

Against the backdrop of Little Cove beach the ceremony was adorned with large arrangements and aisle flowers. Styling by Port Douglas Weddings and hire featuring pops of citrus fruit and giant shells completed the look.

Transitioning to The Rainforest Grotto for the reception, the ambiance remained enchanting. Pastel linens graced tables adorned with small floral centerpieces and the stunning arrangements from the ceremony became floral table ends and feature designs by the drinks menu and entrance, adding that extra touch of elegance to the setting.

As a Wedding Planner, we have worked with Jade on many weddings here in Port Douglas but it was so very special to work with her on her own special day.
