Returns Policy
We want you to love our product as much as we do and should you not be satisfied with the product you have just purchased please let us know and we will do our best to arrange a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for failure to read detailed product descriptions.
Please note for Custom Clothing orders: As these products are custom made just for you, you will not be entitled to a refund due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.
Please contact us on hello@theposycrew.com.au should you have any questions regarding the return of a product. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Terms of Service
All orders will be packed and sent within 3-5 working days of your order.
Please Custom Clothing orders are made to order so allow approx 10-20 business days for your order to arrive.
All orders are sent standard shipping with Aust Post, please contact us prior to ordering to arrange an alternative shipping method.
Privacy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we do not collect your personal data in any way. By signing up to our Newsletter or Give aways you are agreeing for us to keep your email address, this is specified upon joining.
We use PayPal and Stripe to accept payments and details of their privacy policy can be found on their website.
