What's the difference between an Elopement Package and Full Service Florals? - Edited June 2023

I totally get it that this maybe confusing and this is probably due partly to the fact that I am terrible at writing copy for my website..! So here I go at explaining what’s different about our Elopement Packages and a Full Service Wedding.

Elopement Packages

Our Elopement Package is designed to keep things simple, that means heaps less admin for me so I don’t spend time on preparing moodboards/proposals, I don’t spend time with endless quotations and correspondence. We keep it simple in that we offer several products all packaged up together for a set price and yes we can add an extra item here and there, that’s totally OK. Our Elopement Packages are in our Signature Garden Style and will include mixed seasonal flowers and foliage. Yes I absolutely want to know what colours you would prefer and will do my best to incorporate this colour palette. I will also be happy to try and source flowers that you love, want some natives, that’s fine, some roses, that’s cool too, however as we only require small quanties of flowers for our Elopement Packages sourcing lots of specific flowers in specific colours isn’t cost effective. So we source what’s readily available at the time of your Elopement and we create magic with it.

Our Elopement Package includes delivery of your personal flowers to one address only and the delivery of your ceremony piece to the Ceremony location (all within the same area). Again we keep this simple, no large site set ups or deliveries to six different addresses.

Our Elopement Packages are only available for local deliver to the Port Douglas/Mossman area and we typically only take bookings for these 3-6 months out from the date.

Full Service Wedding Florals

These are our speciality….. Full Service means we take your inspro pics and your list of ideas and create a plan for the florals for your entire event - personal flowers, ceremony and reception. We give you a moodboard/proposal and a detailed job order of everything we will make so you can see the overall vision for the entire day. If needed we will create sketches and floorplans to help you visualise the overall look. We correspond with other wedding vendors (if needed) to ensure all the details fit together. We talk with our suppliers months in advance to find out about specific flower varieties and colours that we want to use and their availability. All the while keeping in touch with our clients and taking notes of new ideas as they evolve along the way.

We will dedicate the day of the event to you, we deliver the personal flowers to you and your partner, we will complete long site set ups, relocations from one site to another, we can even pack down that night at the end of the event and send your guests home with all the beautiful flowers.

We offer this service in the Port Douglas, Palm Cove, Cairns and Atherton Tablelands areas. However can travel to any location you desire. We typically take bookings up to 12 months in advance for a Full Service Wedding.

With a Full Service Wedding we will take care of the lot and deliver to you a unique and absolutely beautiful floral experience that will set the scene for the most memorable day ever…
